Odesa Kids for Equality: Barrier-Free Meeting Held at White Acacia

From May 19 to May 25, 2025, Ukraine will celebrate Accessibility Week.

Educational institutions will host a variety of activities designed to enhance children's awareness and understanding of barrier-free environments and tolerant attitudes towards people with disabilities: barrier-free lessons, discussion hours, training sessions, friendly gatherings, video screenings, thematic exhibitions, dance classes, and workshops that allow students to creatively express their understanding of accessibility.

On May 19, a friendly meeting titled “We are just like everyone else” took place at the Odessa Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity “White Acacia”.

Participants and guests engaged in workshops, intellectually stimulating games, and planted indoor plants.
