Missile Strike on Odesa: Impact on Infrastructure
On the evening of November 14, 2024, Odesa experienced a massive combined enemy attack.
As a result of the rocket and drone assault, 9 apartment buildings, educational institutions, service stations, a church, commercial establishments, a main heating pipeline, private garages, and over 40 vehicles were damaged.
Additionally, the enemy targeted Odesa's port infrastructure.
Moreover, one family clinic in the center of Odesa was affected by the nighttime shelling from the Russian army.
Windows and doors were broken, furniture was damaged, along with the walls, ceilings, and roof beams.
Currently, efforts are underway to seal windows with film, assess the condition of the building and engineering networks. The clinic on Pasteur Street is closed until the inspection is completed.
The clinic building is an architectural landmark and is located within the UNESCO protected zone.
