Collaboration Among Rehabilitation Specialists to Enhance Medical Services

Rehabilitation specialists from Odesa have shared their experiences with colleagues from the National Rehabilitation Center Unbroken in Lviv.

This center provides comprehensive medical assistance to servicemen and civilians, both adults and children who have lost limbs.

Experts at the center work in areas such as reconstructive surgery, orthopedics, and prosthetics. Not only are prosthetics installed here, but they are also manufactured.

Moreover, the center engages in physical, psychological, and psychosocial rehabilitation. Specialists believe that exchanging experiences among rehabilitation centers from different regions will significantly enhance the quality and timelines of treatment for the injured.

«We have already begun preparations for conducting the first training sessions and workshops for specialists from both regions», emphasized Vasyl Rybak, head of the rehabilitation department of the city health department.
