A New Milestone in Oncology: Advanced CT Scanner in Odessa

The Odessa Regional Clinical Oncology Center celebrated the grand opening of a new state-of-the-art CT scanner.

This advanced equipment significantly enhances the capability for early diagnosis of cancer in patients within the region.

Thanks to the support from the Odessa Regional Military Administration and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the center has received cutting-edge technology that enables:

• early detection of tumors
• precise treatment planning
• effective monitoring of treatment progress

In the first days of operation, the CT scanner has examined twelve patients, including:

• for initial cancer screening
• as part of post-chemotherapy monitoring
• with suspected metastasis
• within the framework of volunteer medical support

We sincerely thank the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for providing our region with modern medical technology. This equipment is not just a new machine; it is a tool that is already saving lives today.
