Temporary Disruptions in Mobile Applications Due to Technical Work
Due to technical updates at "one of the large data processing centers", there has been a temporary disruption in the operation of mobile applications, as reported by "Diia".

Details: In social media, users report that apps from banks, "Nova Poshta", "Diia", "Kyiv Digital" and others are not functioning.
Gorokhovskyi suggests that a hacker attack might have occurred at one of the major data centers.
The Kyiv City Administration indicated that due to a technical failure in "Oschadbank", contactless payment for metro rides is currently unavailable.
At present, payments for rides can be made via:
- transport card;
- QR code generated in the Kyiv Digital app;
- paper QR ticket.
Updated: It later became known that the issue was not due to a cyber attack. During scheduled work at the De Novo data center, power was lost.
