New Vehicle Registration Certificate Replacement Service on "Diia" Portal

Soon, users will be able to access a new feature for replacing vehicle registration certificates on the "Diia" platform.

This information comes from the application’s press office.

"Lost your document? Damaged it? Changed personal details? Want to change your license plate? Very soon, you will be able to do all this without going to the MVS service center — just a few clicks in the app", the message states.

Currently, the "Diia" team invites users to test the new service in beta mode.

How to apply for beta testing:

• Visit the "Diia" portal link — https://diia.gov.ua/zamina-tekhpasporta;
• Fill out a short form — provide your name and contact details.

Who can become a tester:

• You are 18 years or older;
• You have a TIN (tax number) registered in "Diia";
• You have a biometric document in the app: passport or ID card;
• You own a vehicle, and the registration certificate is already in "Diia".
