Women’s Leadership Program in Digitalization
The registration for the program «UNDP: Women’s Leadership Program in Digital Services» has begun. This initiative is designed for women who wish to play a more active role in the digital transformation of the public sector.
The program comprises 16 online webinars and two hands-on training sessions in Kyiv. Participants will engage in interactive lectures, case studies, and practical workshops aimed at deepening their expertise, assessing risks, and developing effective strategies in digital transformation.
This program targets female professionals who already have experience in public service digitalization and aim to enhance their management skills, strategic thinking, and implement innovative solutions.
Program duration: May — September 2025.
Eligible participants include:
Women working in executive government agencies or their subordinate institutions.
Candidates with higher education and at least 2 years of professional experience.
Leaders who have participated in two or more projects related to digital transformation at the central or regional levels.
Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.
The registration deadline is April 28.
This program is implemented under the «Dii Project Support» by the UN Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine, with financial support from Sweden, in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and CDTO Campus.
