Expanding Online Government Services in Ukraine
Expanding Online Government Services in Ukraine
The government has announced an initiative to increase access to government services through the Diia platform and other electronic services as part of a new action plan through 2026.
This ambitious project involves 25 government bodies, including the Ministry of Digital Transformation. Our primary objective is to make government services user-friendly and accessible to all Ukrainians, eliminating the need for paperwork, queues, and bureaucracy.
We plan to digitalize services across more than 30 areas, including education, healthcare, veteran social services, military services, construction, and customs. New features include the ability to register divorce and death online, as well as remote testing for drivers. We will also streamline customs services, reducing bureaucracy and corruption.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation is actively working on the digitalization of the state so that citizens can access services faster and without unnecessary delays. We aim to make the government more digital and services even more convenient for everyone.
