Connecting Organizations to the Whistleblower Portal

The Whistleblower Portal has been operational for over a year. Currently, more than 7,500 organizations are connected, and over 4,100 reports have been submitted.

To assist users in effectively utilizing this digital service, the NAPC has developed Methodical Recommendations for organizing work with the Whistleblower Portal.

What should a leader do to connect their organization to the Portal?

Send a request letter to the NAPC to obtain permission to connect the organization;

After receiving permission, proceed to the following link:https://id.eppv.nazk.gov.ua/and authenticate using a file or hardware key. The system only supports key formats: .jks, .pfx, .pk8, .zs2, .dat.

To continue working in the system, follow these authorization steps:

• enter your email address on the main page and click the «Confirm» button;
• click the «Get confirmation code» button;
• the activation code will be sent to your email. You need to enter and confirm it on the portal;
• after confirming your email address, click the «Confirm» button again.

If the authorization is successful, the system will automatically redirect you to your organization leader's personal account.
