New Feature for Justifying Purchases in Prozorro

The Odessa Regional State Administration announces the introduction of a new field in the Prozorro system, enabling procurers to thoroughly explain the justification for their purchases. This innovation will foster greater transparency and help avoid misunderstandings.

With this feature, the monitoring group will be able to consider the procurers' arguments, which in turn will enhance public understanding of the benefits of specific purchases.

This move will also strengthen the connection between procurers and society, especially during wartime.

“Procurers now have the opportunity to preemptively clarify the importance of their purchases, which will help reduce criticism and misunderstandings,” noted Mykola Tkachenko, director of the State Enterprise “Prozorro”.
