Document sharing through Diia is an innovative, easy, and convenient way to send electronic copies of documents without the need for photocopiers, scanners, or photographing paper originals.

Just a few taps in the Diia application — and your document copy is sent directly to the institution.
This service is perfect when you urgently need a copy of a document that you don't have with you.

What documents can be sent via Diia?

• ID card;
• international passport;
• tax identification card;
• birth certificate;
• war veteran certificate.

How does it work?

• scan the QR code at the CNAP;
• in the Diia app, you receive a request with information about who is requesting which document;
• confirm the transfer with Diia.Signature;
• the copy is automatically sent to the institution's system.

What do you need to use the sharing service?
You only need to have the required document in your Diia and an activated Diia.Signature.
