Transition of Responsibilities: A New Phase for the

As of July 1, 2025, the management of the "Drone Army Bonus" project, also known as "e-points", will be transferred to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Defense, the Defense Procurement Agency, and the Brave1 defense cluster.

The State Special Communications Service, in conjunction with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Defense, and other partners, has built this system from the ground up. We designed, tested, and launched it. And we proved: it works.

The responsibilities of the State Special Communications Service included verifying points for destroyed enemy targets, processing supply requests for equipment from military units, signing contracts with suppliers, receiving products, and delivering them to defenders based on the received requests. The State Special Communications Service successfully completed the tasks assigned to it.

Now, as the time has come to scale the project and other participants have gained the necessary capabilities, we are transferring our functions to the bodies that are meant to carry out these tasks.
