Survey to Enhance Military Service Conditions
The Ministry of Defense's app "Army+" is launching a survey among military personnel aimed at creating a barrier-free environment in Ukraine, part of the initiative led by the First Lady, Olena Zelenska.
According to the app's press service, this survey will allow military members to anonymously share their experiences and highlight barriers they or their peers face during service.
These barriers may include social, physical, psychological, informational, or organizational challenges that hinder the performance of duties, adaptation to military life, or access to necessary support.
The survey also offers the opportunity to propose personal ideas for improving service conditions.
Respondents can express their vision on how to make military service more dignified, fair, inclusive, and convenient for all categories of personnel, regardless of their experience, health status, or life circumstances.
The questionnaire consists of six thematic blocks, addressing practical situations that soldiers encounter daily, as well as digital and informational barriers, and their experiences with various state and military institutions.
The responses will be used to create practical recommendations that will enhance barrier-free conditions, improve support for personnel, and foster a safer, more humane, and equitable environment in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
