Annual Literary Contest Dedicated to K.G. Paustovsky

The Central City Library System for Adults in Odessa announces the commencement of the annual literary contest dedicated to K.G. Paustovsky.

Submissions will be accepted until May 20, 2025.

The contest features five main categories:
- «Prose»;
- «Poetry»;
- «Promotion of K.G. Paustovsky's Work»;
- «Local Lore»;
- «Maritime Studies».

Entries should promote universal moral values, personal spiritual growth, and love for one’s homeland.

Works submitted must be published separately or included in collections or anthologies, released in the current or previous years.

Nominations for the «Promotion of K.G. Paustovsky's Work» can be submitted by cultural and scientific organizations.

In the «Maritime Studies» category, participants may include authors, artists, and those involved in sea-related cultural projects.

Each participant may enter only one category.

Each author can win in each category only once.

The results will be announced by May 25, 2025.

The award ceremony is planned for May 31, 2025.
