The Launch of Documentary Film 'Odessa in the Era of Change'

Last year, the filming of a new documentary titled «Odessa in the Era of Change» began. This film immerses viewers in the cultural and social life of Odessa during the years 1920-1929.

The next phase of filming is scheduled for May this year, as announced by representatives of the Odessa Film Studio.

Filming will take place on the streets of the city and at cultural locations in both Odessa and Kyiv.

«This film reflects the spirit of Odessa in the 1920s, a hub of arts and literature; Odessa, which rebounded after the harsh wars; a city thriving on new ideas, jazz, and cinema…», the studio stated.

Odessa Film Studio director Andriy Osipov noted that the previous year ended with a profit, and the studio continues to grow, working not only on new projects but also on historical films.
